HOW TO INSTALL & USE
- Position the diffuser securely according to the supplied user manual, or arrange compatible HVAC integration by a qualified installer.
- Disconnect power before opening or filling the reservoir.
- Add the selected compatible fragrance oil without exceeding the 1,000 ml reservoir capacity.
- Close the reservoir securely, reconnect power and configure the device through its supported mobile app.
- Adjust diffusion intensity, pause intervals and operating schedules to the space and your preferences.
For HVAC installation, follow the equipment and ventilation-system compatibility requirements.
FRAGRANCE OIL COMPATIBILITY
Use oils formulated for compatible professional cold-air nebulizing diffusers. Do not dilute or mix the fragrance oil with water, alcohol or other liquids unless the product documentation explicitly permits it. Do not assume that ultrasonic humidifier liquids, reed-diffuser solutions or third-party oils are suitable.
SAFETY & MAINTENANCE
- Disconnect the diffuser from power before refilling, cleaning or maintenance.
- Keep the diffuser upright and avoid tilting or overturning it to prevent oil leakage.
- Keep the equipment and fragrance oil away from children and pets.
- Do not immerse the device in water or expose electrical components to liquids.
- Clean the nozzle and other components only as directed in the manual. If alcohol is specified for cleaning, keep the device disconnected and allow components to dry fully before use.
- Store fragrance oil tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid ingestion and contact with eyes and skin; follow the fragrance label and Safety Data Sheet.
IMPORTANT — ALCOHOL-BASED SOLUTIONS
Do not use alcohol-based fragrances or reed-diffuser solutions as the diffuser fill. Nebulizing alcohol-containing liquids may generate flammable vapours near flames, sparks or heat sources. Incompatible formulations may also reduce performance or damage the equipment.
If considering a third-party fragrance oil, obtain its Technical Data Sheet and/or Safety Data Sheet and confirm suitability for the OV-10, including the absence of alcohol.
HOW LONG WILL 500 ML LAST?
Oil consumption depends on fragrance intensity, programmed operating intervals, ventilation and the environment. No fixed operating duration is claimed for the included 500 ml bottle.

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, fragrances and fragrance oils must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Opened or used fragrances and fragrance oils cannot be returned, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
