- Clean the nozzle periodically with alcohol, following the user manual; do not use alcohol-based fragrance solutions in the reservoir.
- Do not immerse the diffuser in water.

FRAGRANCE OIL COMPATIBILITY & ALCOHOL WARNING
Do not use alcohol-based fragrance solutions or reed-diffuser liquids. Nebulizing alcohol-containing solutions can create flammable vapours near flames, sparks or heat sources. Alcohol may also evaporate quickly, reducing sustained scenting performance.
Liquids not formulated for nebulizing diffusers may affect equipment performance and lifespan. For third-party oils, request the Technical Data Sheet and/or Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and confirm that the product is compatible with nebulization and does not contain alcohol.
Use fragrance oils specifically formulated for professional nebulizing diffusers for optimal operation.

RETURNS

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, fragrances and fragrance oils must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Opened or used fragrances and fragrance oils cannot be returned, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
