At iFragrance, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing products online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the products.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in a condition that allows inspection and resale where applicable.

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.

The product must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

The order number or proof of purchase must be included.

All accessories and original packaging should be included whenever possible.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including:

Custom-made or personalized products

Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons

Digital products once access or download has begun
For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or unsealed body perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective or delivered incorrectly.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage during delivery, the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and its packaging.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from being informed of your withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, the refunded amount may be reduced.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to return the original product and place a new order.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
