Important Information
The Professional Plan is designed for customers who already own an iFragrance diffuser and want maintenance and technical support included.
Professional diffuser equipment, premium fragrance oils and installation services are not included in this plan and are available separately whenever required.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight and delivery destination. We ship exclusively within the European Union, with an estimated delivery time of 1–7 business days.
In accordance with European legislation, products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
👉 For hygiene and safety reasons, ambient scenting products, fragrance oils for diffusers, and opened or used body perfumes cannot be returned unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where products are defective or delivered incorrectly. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Subscription Terms
- Professional diffusers included with the Business Plan and Enterprise Plan remain the property of iFragrance throughout the subscription period.
- To ensure optimum performance, long-term reliability, and full warranty coverage, Business and Enterprise diffusers must be used exclusively with iFragrance Premium Fragrance Oils.
- Each subscription includes a monthly volume of premium fragrance oil according to the selected plan. Additional fragrance oil consumption is billed separately, benefiting from your exclusive subscription discount.
Business Plan — 10% discount
Enterprise Plan — 15% discount
- Professional installation is included with both Business and Enterprise subscriptions according to the benefits of each plan.
- Business Plan includes complimentary installation within iFragrance service areas. For locations outside our coverage area, only travel costs may apply.
- Enterprise Plan includes complimentary professional installation anywhere in Romania with no travel charges.
- Maintenance services, technical assistance, and response times are provided according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) included with each subscription.
- If a Business or Enterprise subscription is cancelled, the diffuser must be returned to iFragrance in normal working condition, allowing for reasonable wear resulting from normal use.
