Two-fluid cold-air atomization disperses fragrance oil as ultra-fine particles without using heat. Radar-based human presence detection supports responsive operation, while infrared monitoring provides information about the oil level. Through the mobile app, users can manage fragrance intensity, operating modes and schedules. A security locking mechanism adds protection in shared or commercial environments.

INSTALLATION & EVERYDAY USE
Plug the diffuser directly into a compatible, accessible wall socket and keep it upright during use. Ensure that the socket is suitable for the supplied plug and electrical configuration. Use the dedicated mobile app to configure operating modes, fragrance intensity and schedules. Follow the product manual for first-time setup and the supported bottle format.
SAFETY & MAINTENANCE
- Disconnect the diffuser from power before refilling, cleaning or performing maintenance.
- Keep the device upright; do not tilt or overturn it, as fragrance oil may leak.
- Use only compatible fragrance oils and containers approved for the device.
- Keep out of reach of children and protect from water or other liquids.
- Clean the nozzle as instructed in the manual. If alcohol is specified for nozzle cleaning, use it only while the device is disconnected and allow all residue to evaporate completely before reconnecting power.
- Do not use damaged plugs, sockets or equipment. Follow the supplied instruction manual.
IMPORTANT — ALCOHOL-BASED FRAGRANCE SOLUTIONS
Do not use alcohol-based fragrances, reed diffuser solutions or other incompatible liquids in RAD-2. Nebulizing alcohol-containing solutions may produce flammable vapours, particularly near heat, flames or sparks. Alcohol also evaporates rapidly, potentially reducing sustained fragrance performance. Incompatible formulations can affect the diffuser's reliability and service life.
For oils from other manufacturers, request the Technical Data Sheet and/or Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and verify that the formulation is alcohol-free and suitable for cold-air nebulization. We recommend fragrance oils specifically formulated for professional nebulizing diffusers.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your iFragrance purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, fragrances and fragrance oils must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Opened or used fragrances and fragrance oils cannot be returned, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
