RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your iFragrance purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, fragrances and fragrance oils must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Opened or used fragrances and fragrance oils cannot be returned, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible so we can assist you.
